Kevin Trinkle was born and raised in San Diego. As a child, Kevin was interested in maps and roads - he would often study the San Diego Thomas Guide, and would always hold the maps on the biannual family road trips to south Texas.
During high school, Kevin developed an interest in aviation, eventually becoming a licensed aircraft dispatcher. His interest extends to Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA), a defunct airline that used to fly across the West Coast during the latter part of the 20th Century. Kevin is the webmaster for the PSA History site referenced here.
Kevin has been designing web pages since 1995, and met Andy in 2000 after looking up AARoads' San Diego Highways.
Kevin's work has taken him to Phoenix, Arizona; St. George, Utah; Houston, Texas; and back to Tempe, Arizona, where he presently lives. Kevin joined the AARoads team in 2005 as co-webmaster of LoneStarRoads.com, and moved to RockyMountainRoads.com to focus on Arizona in 2006.
Kevin enjoys traveling, aviation, hiking, photography, movies, and music. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a Bachelors of Science in Aviation Management. |
