I wonder if a beltway built as a freeway around Tallahassee could see the light of the day? Someone a while ago suggested the idea of a I-310 linking Shalimar FL to I-10, an upgraded FL-85 could be part of that suggested I-310 http://www.swamphen.net/roads/fic/3di/i-310-fl.htm Also, the US-231 corridor upgraded into a freeway link to link Panama City to I-10 might be useful too.
