Today it has rained all day long and that has cooled quite a bit. In fact today's high (66°F) has been recorded... at midnight! (CEST, 6:00 p.m. of the previous day Eastern) On Tuesday the high was 84.
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

On Thursday, it was a high of 29 C (84 F), while today it was a high of 16 C (60F). It was a little chilly golfing this afternoon, but at least it was sunny :). Tomorrow is calling for rain, which is unfortunate for the long weekend :/

I put my window AC unit in a few days ago because it was reaching 80+... now it's dipping to 50s at night and I'm just about freezing (with it turned off, of course).

Continental climates man, they're a fickle mistress.

Hot with a side of extra hot. Cancelled a spur-of-the-moment day trip because of it. :-/ Was going to go to Waterloo to get pictures of IA-281 for the Take-It-Yourself Route Number challenge, but nope. Hopefully next weekend will be more favorable.

So, here I am, drinking rum instead. :)
