NM: Route 66 Adds Singing Road as Speeding Deterrent

There's a video of it in action at that link above.  It's pretty neat, though it seems that they lower the speed limit right where this is happening from 55mph > 45mph just for the distance of this as I did see a 55mph sign in the background (unless it hadn't been 'updated' when they shot the video).

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

The term "singing" was used correctly. It certainly isn't a signing road.
If you used to draw freeways on your homework and got reprimanded by your Senior English teacher for doing so, you might be a road geek!
