Who knows where the road goes? Of course! Google maps!

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".

Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.
Visit scenic Orleans County, NY!

Does anyone know of states in the US that has 2 state routes with the same numbers?

Does anybody read the OP? If we continue listing every instance of roads from different grids bearing the same number, this thread will be endless and boring.

Though not technically a duplicate since the mileage isn't logged, MA 31 ends at the border of the Quinebaug section of Thompson, CT and continues past the border as Dresser Hill Road.  At the intersection of CT 197 is a CT-spec 31 shield.  CT 31 actually starts 25 miles to the SW in Vernon.

The same is true for NH 121, which would have a tiny section in Massachusetts (ending at MA 125) if the designation did not end at the border. The sign on MA 125 is a standard square, not the New Hampshire shield design. MA 121 exists somewhere else.
Clinched, plus MA 286

Traveled, plus several state routes

Lowest untraveled: 25 (updated from 14)

New clinches: MA 286
New traveled: MA 14, MA 123

Six...some of them are pretty weird and don't loop back to US 1 like the section in the Keys and New Smyrna.

Well yes, but technically, as we constantly reminded our favorite v-word poster, US and Interstate highways are state routes, owned by the states.

Sounds like the situation with MA 102, which ends just across the border as reference route 980D in New Lebanon, NY.  The sign is a non-spec shield made to look like a MA shield:

Historically, the Delta alignment of 84 was part of the original CA-24 (which also included modern CA-24 and nearly all of CA-70). Given that, the 84 could exist as a continuous route via concurrency, and is a good example of where it should be done logically. (In other words, this is an example, I think, of Caltrans "one road, one route" policy not always being the best policy). But 90 is a good example, a route that will never be filled in due to mainly to political/relinquishment issues.

Iowa used to have 2 Hwy 15s but the southern one was decommissioned. That one connected to MO-15 and the other one that is still active connects to MN-15.
