I hate it when people stop and idle with their headlights on. Use parking lights only as a favor to photographers who might be taking a longer exposure.

Sadly, I think at least 95% of the population doesn't know what a long exposure is or understand why their headlights interfere with it. You need to have a photography skill level higher than "I point my phone at the thing and hit the button" in order to get it.
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.
