If 1090 wouldn't fit, they could use 1190.


About a decade ago, I was at meetings where using 4dis in NY was discussed as being a possibility since some new spur had made some sort of minor rumble.  Nothing was written down from such meetings in that regard, but at least the idea was up for consideration.
