Heard today that with the opening for this road (at least from US 23 to KY 195) scheduled for next spring, there will be a big ribbon-cutting/dedication ceremony in 2014, probably either in April or May. I'll probably post details on my personal Facebook page once they are released.


Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.
