The second of my route clinches today was Signed County Route G13 from CA 25 to US 101 in King City:

Interesting I noticed something odd traveling westbound....there isn't ANY G13 shields!  In fact I didn't even notice a previous sign assembly for G15/Metz Road when I arrived in King City.  Nothing was signed on South 1st Street or Broadway in King City, not even anything at the Monterey County Line on Bitterwater Road.  Oddly there was no G13 shield present at the San Benito/Monterey County Line even back in 2012:

In fact the only G13s I can find on the GSV is on Metz Road/G15 and the ramp from US 101 to 1st Street:

https://www.google.com/maps/@36.2175551,-121.1251436,3a,15y,178.45h,85.33t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s36zGvM_9Se-AtSSm4ZfdpQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?hl=en

So essentially westbound G13 is completely unsigned and what signage is actually left at all is on roads next to the actual route.  That's really oddly poor signage for Monterey County which usually does a pretty decent job at signing County Routes, even San Benito tends at least sign everything else.

As for G13 itself as a route it is 15.68 miles and was created in 1965 according to Cahighways:

Heading westbound there is a nice overview of the Santa Lucia Range past Salinas Valley in addition to the crest of the Gabilan Range.  There is some particularly decent views of Fremont Peak to be had looking north.  I want to say the peak elevation was about 1,300 feet above sea level and it was a very shallow grade.  Oddly the road narrowed in Monterey County but it is definitely a quality route for the entire duration.  Both Monterey and San Benito County show what is now G13 as County maintained even back in 1934:

Had a run-in with the G13 signage on US 101 yesterday.  First off; on the southbound lanes over the Salinas River I noticed the G13 shield is placed very low on the BGS which makes it really difficult to see from the right lane:

The northbound lanes show both G13 and G15.  The shields are a little on the small side but otherwise are located pretty well:
