From my blog post at http://surewhynotnow.blogspot.com/2010/02/irish-signs-in-catskills.html, I have found some Irish road signs hanging out around the very Irish-American town of East Durham, New York.

That's pretty interesting! There is also a bit of Irish in Tipperary Hill, NY...

Save anything at the Coleman's pub at Tipperary Hill, the aforementioned traffic light is the only Irish road related thing in Syracuse, NY.

Back to the Catskills, I have also seen some signage in Hebrew around Sullivan County, particularly in Fallsburg and I think Woodbourne.

There are signs in Cherokee in Tahlequah, OK.  I think US 71 has some photos.
