I was just looking through Google Maps at stuff in Israel and Jordan and came across this:

The northern section seems to be complete but the southern section appears to be under construction.  (In any case, the map portion of Google Maps does not show an under-construction line or an existing-road line for this new freeway.)

Any more info on this project?
