Found an oddity while helping a driver find his delivery warehouse at work. On streetview in Bay City MI this is shown as M-25 eastbound but on maps it is shown as I-75B from I-75 to M-13. Would this be considered a spur or the usual I-75 business route? Never seen a B at the end of an labeled interstate number before.

Google screwed up (what a shock!).  It's Business Spur I-75, aka BS-75.

I'm very familiar with this area as it's within 15 miles of my house. M-25 starts as a continuation of the US-10 freeway at I-75 and travels east and west and rims around the thumb to Port Huron. The I-75 Business Spur actually goes all the way to M-84 and just turns around there and heads back to I-75, they are on a set of one way streets and M-25 is what everyone calls it over vs. calling it Jenny or Thomas until the Vets Bridge then it turns into 7th and McKinley all of it though is called M-25 vs. anything else. The Business Spur use to be a Business Loop it turned on what is now M-84 and then followed that back to I-75 at exit 160.
