Update on SR 641 Terre Haute Bypass

SR 641 should be open within a couple of weeks between SR 46 and McDaniel Rd. I think. The road is completely striped and all the signs are up.

I meant from the roundabout interchange to McDaniel. I agree there is still a little work left to do at I-70.

Just an hour ago, while coming to Indy from Crawford County, Illinois, I ran US 41 north and decided to take SR 641, just to see where it came out to.

It took me all the way to I 70! The ramp from 641 to McDaniel Road was closed. Also the highway shrunk to one lane in each direction from Riley Rd to I 70.
The ramp to I 70 is a makeshift ramp, but usable. The speed limit was signed for 55 mph for the wide open sections.

Traffic was noticeable on it, even though it is still signed is closed.

I drove on it twice in both directions last night. I'll admit it was kind of odd driving on it since it's been under construction for most of my life.

My GPS shows SR 641 as complete, after I updated it a few days ago. I'm surprised it hasn't been added to Google Maps yet.

As of 9:45 EST, all google Maps shows is the McDaniel Road Ramps. :/

I marked as completed what I could with my regional lead rights, the higher priority segments are pending Google's moderation which is unreliable these days.
