Some new photos that I added from my recent Louisiana trip. I never did get to go to St. Louis as I wanted because my friend weaseled out because somebody got sick in Venezuela! How that got to be the reason, Lord only knows and I mean it literally either and not breaking Commandment number 3. However, I am not going into details about that one and what it means, but ended up staying around SE LA instead, so I got some of these. Enjoy, as if you check back I will be uploading more especially around Baton Rouge soon.

Just added some more photos to my I-10 in LA set. I pretty much have WB I-10 covered from Kenner to the Mississippi River with a few signs missed. Nonetheless, I have most interchanges covered, however sorry about my friend's windshield as it needed cleaning real badly and some spots are noticeable especially at I-110 in Baton Rouge.

You must have lucked up with I-10 Miss. river bridge. Traffic is usually a disaster there!

While cleaning out my computer's hard drive, I found a few more negative scans from the late 1990s. There are only 28 photos in this set, but there are some old signs that have long since been replaced in Kentucky and West Virginia. I've also got some photos of the Linn Cove Viaduct on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Got my photos from my trips to the Hampton Roads/Delmarva and Lebanon, Tenn. meets posted.

Day 1 of the trip -- from home to Hampton Roads. Includes some shots of US 311 in Virginia. The corridor is basically US 23, Alternate US 58, I-81, I-77, US 58 (with a slight detour for US 311), I-85, I-95, US 158 and US 258.

Day 2 -- the Hampton Roads meet and some photos from my efforts to clinch US 13 and US 258 in Virginia.

Day 3 -- the trip up to Salisbury, where I only lunched with everyone before I departed, then across US 50, down I-95 and various routes through Richmond to get to US 360 and then over to US 460 to Farmville.

Day 4 -- this is basically the US 460 corridor (US 221 between Lynchburg and Bedford) with a little bit of I-81 across Virginia and the southern tip of West Virginia, into Kentucky. I didn't get to explore Bluefield like I wanted to but still got some of the odd signage there.

Today, I was examining some of the pictures taken on the Road and Rail Pictures website, primarily for train-station related stuff, but I got distracted by my road interests, and eventually started looking at some of US 1. This one in East Greenwich, Rhode Island is kind of odd. Check out the Shell gas station sign in the picture. Very non-standard:

Wow, London looks beautiful. I want to eventually get to there. Their signs are so much more different than ours too, but they look nice! Great photos and thanks for sharing!
