ODOT has posted their tentative June and July bid opening lists.  June has the following:

06374(47)* 8 IS044 1.200 0 51,697,928 0 0 51,697,928
GRADE, DRAINING, BRIDGE & SURFACE
TULSA I-44: AT LEWIS AVENUE (RECONSTRUCT TO 6 LANES)
(IM EARMARK)
IMY -0044-2(399) 226 COMMISSION ACTION DATE: 07/1984

IIRC, this is the last major contract for the I44 Tulsa rebuild from Riverside to Sheridan.

July has the following:

23660(04) 4 IS235 0.200 0 3,320,603 0 0 3,320,603
GRADE, DRAIN & SURFACE
OKLAHOMA I-235/HARRISON AVE. NORTH BOUND OFF RAMP RELOCATION TO 10TH STREET IN
OKLAHOMA CITY
IMY -0235-3(105) 001 COMMISSION ACTION DATE:

This is long overdue. It will remove the exit loop northbound at Harrison (which causes weaving with the northbound on-ramp loop) with an off-ramp at 10th St.

Yes, it is.  The Harvard interchange is complete and the Peoria interchange is U/C.  The new Peoria bridge is complete and the old bridge is gone.  The only original part of Skelly Drive left between Riverside and I-244 is a short stretch just east and west of the Lewis interchange.  The Peoria offramp from WB 44/66 is now just west of Lewis.  This is a temporary setup until the new Peoria interchange is complete.

They are doing work on the Arkansas River (51st Street Bridge) bridges as well.  Are they replacing the bridges?

Looks as if they are just adding an acceleration lane WB and decleration (is that a word) lane EB for the Riverside interchange.

Went back to Google to look at the latest pics and have a few questions:
(1) - Is 51st St going to be widened from Delaware west to Lewis?
(2) - will they maintain 51st as a 2-way street west of Lewis?
(3) - will there be any Texas turnarounds at Lewis?

Yes.

No.  It's already been converted to EB only.

Yes.  EB to WB.  Not sure about WB to EB.
