That's one strange interchange.

Using a stock photo is not my favorite approach, but this is a neat shot.  B1342 from Alamy.

Roadgeekteen, I'm sitting here trying to decide if I just tell you what a stock photo is, or if I should allow you to use the near-boundless resource of the internet.  If you just type into Google "What's a stock photo", you'll probably get a much better answer than I could provide.
I like your earnestness you've displayed since joining this forum, so I've decided to let you test your research abilities...Its the whole "catch a man a fish/teach a man to fish" thing (you can look that up too  ;-) )

There are not that many choices for road signs at this point, so we'll take what we can get.

Believe me, I do a lot of extensive searching before giving up and using the Texas bikers.  Way too much for some goofy game, but for whatever reason I want to keep it going.

No? What does it mean?

Stock photos are photos that you can buy when you want to include a photo on a web site, say, or a news article, but you don't have or don't want to take your own photo. So in this example, you might buy this photo when you just want a generic image of an English village with a road sign. You'd just go to the stock photo website (in this case alamy.com) and search for things like "england", "village", "road", "sign". Businesses like web site builders and newspapers will typically have standing accounts with stock photo companies, one of the most prominent of which is Getty Images. There are also stock video agencies, and even stock music libraries.

They also have watermarks that make the image impossible to use without being bought
(I also think that they spam google image search)
