Ironic considering how the exits are for real with I-10 in Texas.

Even the routing engine says "Head northeast on N Interstate 35 Frontage Rd toward Exit 2222 W". lol.

Something similar happens around the FL 826/FL 836 interchange in Miami.

It's all fun & games until someone summons Cthulhu and brings about the end of the world.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

Clinched, minus I-93 (I'm missing a few miles and my file is incorrect)

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

I will be in Burlington VT for the eclipse.

US Routes (and a US State Route) in Canada?

Nova Scotia has US route lookalikes. It's not an error.

I believe there are other countries (too lazy to look right now) that also use the US Route shield on Google Maps. Obviously, they're not actual US Routes, but have similar looking shields.

Huh. Are they actually signed though? I did some looking (even at junctions) and never found any.

I've only been just across the border into NS at Amherst, but saw these routes signed.  This one on August 8, 2014.

Wow! That's rather interesting. Love how they use the older US shield design!

They have South Carolina Route 22 marked on a little cul-de-sac in the Barefoot Resort area of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I found that because I'm staying in a Barefoot condo right now on vacation and Google Maps is using the location from my phone.
From the land of red, white, yellow and black.

Did anyone catch Aqueduct Road in White Plains, NY as being part of NY 124 between NY 100 and NY 119? Well Google Maps thinks it is.

Found this one where US 92 is on Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa north of where it departs on Hillsborough Avenue.  US 92 is only on Dale Mabry between Gandy Blvd. in South Tampa and Hillsborough Avenue just north of Raymond James Stadium.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

This one is on the Google Maps app instead of the website, and the error is spoken instead of written:

"Robert East Lee Boulevard" at Stone Mountain in Georgia, due to E being pronounced as East regardless of context. Now I'm wondering about Washington DC's lettered streets.

Google Maps is still marking Main Street/Delaware Avenue in Newark, DE as being part of DE-2 despite it having been truncated to DE-72 for about 5 years.

Something tells me DelDOT is using Google to find out where their own roads are, because a brand new set of DE-2 markers just went up on Main about two months ago... :banghead:

Forgive me for not being entirely up-to-date on Google Maps and the editing process. From what I understand, the ability to make edits and corrections to Google Maps has been locked down to a much smaller group than before–small enough to the point that no one on these boards can do so. (And therefore, this is the reason why the Google Maps Edit Request thread was allowed to die.) Is that correct?

I just noticed that the entirety of US 15 is named "U.S. Hwy 15/501" –even in places 500 miles away from the US 501 overlap, and even on sections that overlap with other routes, like US 11, 29, and 340. Even in places where lingo like "U.S. Highway"  is alien.

This seems to be a common issue–a name which applies only to a short section somehow being pasted over the entire length. I recall Google having labeled I-80 as "Christopher Columbus Highway"  from coast to coast at one point, despite it not being designated as such in many states...it certainly isn't designated under that name in Pennsylvania. Does the Google Maps editing interface that makes it too easy to accidentally click "apply to all"  or something like that?

And since Google Maps is now apparently closed to outside editors, is there any way to flag something that's incorrect?

From what I can see:

-Main Menu (three liens at the top left)
-Send feedback
-Log in to Google Account (if not already)
-Wrong information
-Click on the affected road
