Looks like they were using a finished road for their test track/slalom course.

Doesn't look familiar to me. It could be in Georgia, particularly the Savannah area, where MotorWeek typically does its testing during the winter. The trees in the Hyundai segment of the video also look like they may be from that part of the country.

As another MotorWeek fan, I've always wondered what roads they use for their 100-mile fuel economy test loops.

Olive Garden must be stopped.  I must stop them.

Don't @ me. Seriously.

I have not watched MotorWeek for a long time, but I think it was in the suburbs and exurbs of Baltimore, Maryland.

Baltimore, Howard  and Carroll Counties, I believe.

Wondering if this might be uncompleted I-795 in Baltimore County, Maryland or maybe Md. 32 in Anne Arundel County.

It's I-795, approximately 1/4 mile south of the Franklin Blvd. interchange at Exit 7. The quarter-mile test was run on the southbound carriage way with the vehicle going north, against the future flow of traffic.
