In my scenario, the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup of football (soccer) will be jointly held by the USA, Canada and Mexico. The next one IRL is 2019 France and 2023 TBA (how about Australia?), but women's soccer needs more attention and full support. There will be 32 participant teams in 8 groups, included are the US, Canada and Mexico teams. Also are the matches locations which don't have FIFA men's World cup matches, they tend to be smaller venues but this works out perfectly fine.

GROUP A, New Haven CT (Yale Stadium) and Tulsa OK: USA, Italy, Netherlands and South Korea.
B, Columbus OH and Ottawa Canada: Canada, Colombia, Norway and Scotland.
C, Portland OR and Guanajuato Mexico: Mexico, Ireland, Portugal and Sweden.
D, Oakland CA and Orlando FL: England, Japan, Russia and Uruguay.
E, Austin TX and Baltimore MD: Brazil, Germany, Greece and North Korea.
F,  Sacramento CA and Wichita KS: China, Croatia, Northern Ireland and Switzerland.
G, New Orleans LA and Winnipeg Canada: Austria, Serbia, Spain and Turkey.
H, Las Vegas NV and Hermosillo Mexico: Argentina, Hungary, Israel and Peru.

Second round-16 teams: A/B, San Diego CA and Quebec City Canada, C/D, Cincinnati OH and Omaha NE, E/F, Memphis TN and Ciudad Juarez Mexico, and G/H Hamilton Canada and San Luis Potosi Mexico.

Third round-8 teams: Buffalo NY, Jacksonville FL, Pittsburgh PA and Provo UT.

Finals-First place: New York City (Shea stadium-CitiField) and Third place: Guadalajara Mexico.

Those are some really odd choices for a FIFA senior-level tournament. No way FIFA will okay playing in a city as small and irrelevant as Tulsa.

Plus, the women's teams would not be grateful to be given these kinds of stadiums only a year after the men's teams are selling out NFL stadiums.

And the U.S. has hosted the WWC far too many times. I can see 2023 and 2027 being locked for Asia and South America.

They seem to find this very tiny backwater in Qatar perfectly acceptable despite having a 50th of the population of Tulsa...

Plus it's the women's game, so FIFA won't care, even if everyone else does.

New markets is a FIFA aim.

Tulsa too small? LOL. Try hosting a match in Lambeau field in Green Bay WI. Tulsa, as well Wichita and Omaha had a history of professional soccer teams. Fresno would be a worse place for a FIFA match. And women's soccer deserves larger stadiums, but some of my match sites are NFL or MLS stadiums anyway.
