I also drove home to Chicagoland on that same day.  It was a long day.  I took the 8:00 ferry to Kelleys Island, and the 9:30am ferry back.  Then I took the 10:30am ferry to South Bass Island, and the 12pm ferry back.  When I set out to take pictures of route markers, I am a man on a mission!

Wisconsin likes to put its end markers alongside the junction markers, for the junction at which the designation ends. This is the western end marker for Wisconsin 11, in the southwestern corner of the state.

I got two ends signs on the way down to Port Stanley, ON this morning. As you can see from the photos, it was still overcast at that point (thankfully it cleared up a few hours later).

Both of these are at the same intersection in St. Thomas.
