Hi, I was just wondering why HI 61 and HI 63, both predominately east-west highways, are signed 'North-South'?
"Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note of the highway, the road that you take." Jeremiah 31:21

NE2

Probably the same reason many essentially east-west roads in Appalachia are signed north-south: they're perpendicular to roads signed east-west.
