Highlights:

* US 61-67 would get diversion route signage (similar to the incident bypass signs found in Cape Girardeau?) from Festus to I-255.

* Many more flashing yellow arrows for MoDOT roads.  Surely there's a better use of money than this.  IMHO MoDOT can wait to phase them in when signals have to be replaced for other reasons - some of the lights on US 61-67 that would be getting them are still fairly new installations.

* The I-270 cloverleaf with US 67 would lose a loop, with the EB-NB movement becoming a dual left turn - not thrilled with this one, but I don't go through that interchange enough to know what it's really like anymore.

* The SB-WB ramp at that interchange would also get some sort of improvements.

* Includes the double crossover diamond at I-70 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive.

* The NB I-270 exit to MO 340 gets a dual right turn lane.

* Roundabout at Delmar and Trinity in University City.  Current design:
