I don't see an NJ in there - if you have a duplicate from another state I'd be happy to trade. Wonder how much postage costs.

(Slight edit: I would be offering the older white on blue plate, not the newest goldenrod style, if it matters.)

Probably only a couple dollars parcel post. You can probably do priority mail for fairly cheap, too; I think a license plate would fit in one of the flat rate boxes.
