Inventoried as Route 070E by CDOT, the unsigned Business Spur for I-70 in the city of Silt is just 0.222 miles long. The connector links Interstate 70 with the River Frontage Road and Garfield County Road 113 just south of Exit 97. North from the freeway and over the Union Pacific Railroad, the spur follows 9th Street to a roundabout with U.S. 6 (Main Street) at the east end of the Silt business district.
