Four lanes of 46th Avenue travel directly below the six lane viaduct to the six-ramp parclo interchange (Exit 276B) with Colorado Boulevard (SH 2). 08/28/04
Back to back off-ramps depart in quick succession for SH 2 (Colorado Boulevard) and the Stapleton Drive frontage road system to Dahlia, Holly and Monaco Streets. SH 2 runs south to City Park, Cherry Creek, and University Hills to U.S. 285 (Hampden Avenue). North from Exit 276B, SH 2 combines with U.S. 6/85 into Commerce City. 08/28/04
Prior to 2000, Quebec Street south to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard was designated as SH 35. SH 35 was truncated north to Exit 278, following the closing of Stapleton International Airport. 08/28/04
Quebec Street doubles as SH 35 north to Northfield Boulevard and E 53rd Place between Commerce City and Stapleton in Denver. South from I-70, Quebec Street widens into a parkway between residential areas of Northeast Park hill and big box retail south of Smith Road. 08/28/04
Exit 279B departs Interstate 70 east below the ending mainline of I-270. Central Park Boulevard was constructed as part of the Stapleton Denver Project, the redevelopment of the old airport site. 08/28/04

U.S. 36 transitions from an unsigned overlap with Interstate 270 to join I-70 east to Exit 316 near Byers. 08/11/16
A folded diamond interchange (Exit 280) joins Interstate 70 with Havana Street to the immediate east of Central Park Boulevard (Exit 279B). 08/11/16
The first sign for Interstate 225 (Exit 282) precedes Havana Street. I-225 loops south from Interstate 70 at east Stapleton through the city of Aurora and west back into Denver at Hampden South. 08/11/16
Exit 280 loops away from I-70 east to Havana Street. Havana Street serves a number of warehouses and distribution businesses north to 56th Avenue and south to Smith Road. 08/28/04
CDOT started work on a $25 million project to replace the Interstate 70 bridge over Havana Street in May 2015. Construction included ramp improvements, lighting upgrades and the addition of a tunnel for the USG Railroad line.1 08/11/16
Parallel to Havana Street, Peoria Street separates industrial northeast Stapleton from the Montbello community north from Exit 281 to 56th Avenue. Peoria Street and Interstate 225 south both lead to the Anschutz (Fitzsimons) medical campus in north Aurora. 08/11/16

The 12.43 mile urban loop of Interstate 225 joins I-70 and Denver International Airport (DEN) with Interstate 25 south to Castle Rock and Colorado Springs. The freeway was completed in 1976. 08/11/16
I-70 and U.S. 36 cross the Adams County and Aurora city lines midway through the exchange with Interstate 225. Succeeding ramps follow at Exit 283 for Chambers Road to Montbello and Gateway in Denver and Exit 284 for the freeway along Peña Boulevard. 08/11/16
