SR 75 is an older route, beginning at U.S. 70 in Duncan and traveling north to U.S. 191 at Three Way. The road provides access from Duncan to Clifton, but has largely been superseded by U.S. 191 from Safford as a primary route.

SR 75 was added to the State Highway system in 1932. In 1950, the route was truncated back to Three Way with the 1950 realignment of then U.S. 666.
