Tennessee 357 follows Airport Parkway for 2.5 miles between Tri-Cities Regional Airport (TRI) and Interstate 81. The state route constitutes a controlled-access expressway with some grade separations.

SR 75 (Bristol Highway) widens to four lanes with a grass median through the Tri-Cities Regional Airport area at SR 357 (Airport Parkway). Airport Parkway joins Bristol Highway with Interstate 81, 2.5 miles to the north. 07/16/05

Airport Parkway passes over Shipley Ferry Road, with a connector road joining the two highways. Shipley Ferry Road travels along Centenary Ridge from Lynn Road and Interstate 81 southwest to King Ridge. 07/16/05
A left turn is required from SR 357 south to Shipley Ferry Road. Shipley Ferry Road heads 1.75 miles southwest to Buttermilk and Gottland Shoal Roads and three miles east to Shadowtown Road near the exchange joining I-81 with SR 126 (Memorial Boulevard). 07/16/05

Nearing the at-grade intersection with Harry Steadman Drive along Airport Parkway south, interests to Tri-Cities Regional Airport are advised to move to the left as SR 357 approaches the half diamond interchange with SR 75 (Bristol Highway). 07/16/05
SR 75 (Bristol Highway) serves the Air Cargo facilities of Tri-Cities Regional Airport and Northeast State Technical Community College near the interchange with SR 357 (Airport Parkway). 07/16/05
Southbound Airport Parkway partitions for ramps to SR 75 (Bristol Highway) and the terminal access road. SR 75 travels southwest to Spurgeon, Gray, and I-26/U.S. 23 (Exit 13) and northeast to Blountsville and SR 126. 07/16/05
SR 357 leads directly into the Tri-Cities Regional Airport terminal. A loop road continues through the 1968-built terminal east of SR 75 (Bristol Highway). 07/16/05
Leaving the terminal, drivers are provided with a direct ramp onto Airport Parkway north or an intersection with Bristol Highway across from Bell Street 07/16/05
