Maryland 275

Maryland 275 follows Perrylawn Drive north from Maryland 222 to Maryland 276 (Jacob Tome Memorial Highway). The two-lane roadway features full shoulders and overlaps with Maryland 222 Truck for its entire length. Maryland 275 in conjunction with Maryland 276 is the preferred route between Interstate 95 & U.S. 40 northward to U.S. 1 and 222.

Maryland 275 (Perrylawn Drive) southbound draws to a close at junction Maryland 824 (Blythedale Road) & Maryland 222 (Bainbridge Road). Maryland 222 ascends from the Susquehanna River valley via Bainbridge Road to endpoints of both Maryland 824 and Maryland 275 (Perrylawn Drive). Maryland 275 acts as a short connector to Maryland 276 for traffic bound to Rising Sun and Colora. Maryland 222 Truck departs Maryland 276 (Jacob Tome Memorial Highway) southbound with Maryland 275 (Perrylawn Drive) on the return to Maryland 222 (Bainbridge Road / Perrylawn Drive).
