Churchtown Road crosses into Cecil County, Maryland to become Maryland 310 and Cayots Corner Road. The state route quickly intersects Old Telegraph Road just west of the state line. Cayots Corner Road travels 2.1 miles east to St. Augustine at the confluence of Maryland 342 (St. Augustine Road) and Mittin Road.
