| Ohio 126 follows thee Ronald Reagan Highway / Cross County Highway freeway through the northern suburbs of Cincinnati. The freeway begins at Exit 31 of Interstate 275 and ends just east of Interstate 71 at Montgomery and Indian Hill. | The Brent Spence Bridge carries eight lanes overall for Interstates 71 & 75 across the Ohio River. Opened in 1963, the bridge is showing signs of age, is over capacity, and does not include shoulders for either direction. A study is underway presently on how to address these issues that range from upgrading the existing bridge, adding a second bridge and separating Interstates 71 and 75, or replacing the original bridge with a new ten-lane span.
