Business Loop Interstate 45F serves the Navarro County seat of Corsicana in northeastern Texas. The loop follows the original alignment of U.S. 287 through Corsicana as the federal highway follows Interstate 45 east of town. The route comprises a four-lane highway with a short viaduct over Texas 31 (7th Avenue / Martin Luther King Boulevard) in the heart of town.
