Texas Farm to Market Road 734 (Parmer Lane) crosses paths with Texas Toll 45 at the following interchange. Parmer Lane carries all of FM 734 from U.S. 290 near Manor to Farm to Market Road 1431 at Cedar Park. The entire roadway is divided with four lanes. Photo taken 09/28/07.

As motorists draw closer to the Texas Toll 45 west main line toll plaza, signs partition TxTag account holders to the left and cash-paying drivers to the right. TxTag transponders allow drivers to continue through he plaza at normal speed. All others, including those destined for the Lake Creek Parkway off-ramp, must use the conventional toll booths. Presently three lanes depart Texas Toll 45 west for Texas Toll 183A north and U.S. 183 (Research Boulevard) south. Texas Toll 45 ends here but is planned to continue west along Ranch to Market Road 620 to Ranch to Market Road 2769 at the Travis County line.
