In Moorcroft, the business loop follows U.S. 14-16 through the western part of town and U.S. 16 through the eastern part of town.

The three routes divide in downtown Moorcroft. U.S. 14 peels off toward the northeast, aiming toward Devils Tower National Monument. After passing by Devils Tower Junction, U.S. 14 turns southeast to rejoin Interstate 90 in Sundance. Photo taken 09/02/04.
To Devils Tower National Monument, follow U.S. 14 east to Wyoming 24 north to Wyoming 110 west. The park charges a nominal admission for day use. Photo taken 09/02/04.
Business Loop I-90 and U.S. 16 continue straight ahead together, but they too separate. The business route will return to Interstate 90 en route to Sundance, while U.S. 16 will travel southeast toward Newcastle and Custer, South Dakota. Photo taken 09/02/04.
Business Loop I-90 and U.S. 16/Converse Street East
After U.S. 14 departs to the northeast, Business Loop I-90 and U.S. 16 (Converse Street) is signed as "To Interstate 90." The split between U.S. 16 and Business Loop I-90 is located a few blocks east of here. Photo taken 09/02/04.
U.S. 16 continues east from here, connecting to Newcastle; Custer, South Dakota; and the Black Hills region. A left turn connects U.S. 16 with Interstate 90, which is the conclusion of the Interstate 90 business route. Business Loop I-90 east
Passing by a truck stop and service station on the northeast corner of the intersection between U.S. 16 and Business Loop I-90, this "To Interstate 90" trailblazer route marker is posted on the connecting road between U.S. 16 and Interstate 90.
