Utah 18 connects Interstate 15 in St. George with Utah 56 west of Cedar City, near Enterprise. The southern couple of miles is cosigned with Business Loop I-15 as it follows Bluff Street through St. George.

Northbound Business Loop I-15 and Utah 18 at Junction Utah 34 east. Business Loop I-15 north turns right onto Utah 34 east/St. George Boulevard, rejoining the freeway a few miles east of here. A left turn at this traffic signal leads to the St. George Airport. Note that there is no Utah 34 shield present here; the shields are used for reassurance along eastbound St. George Boulevard, thus creating a bit of confusion. Photo taken 10/24/03.
