I don’t know Jake, maybe they could rent a old Dodge Power Wagon and going down to Rio as it was shown in a old documentairy movie titled “Rugged Road to Cape Horn” http://www.allpar.com/model/ram/power-wagon-movie.html who was a sort of sequel to “Rough road to Panama” http://www.archive.org/details/rough_road_to_panama
More seriously, they might rent some local cars sold in Brazil.
Brazil is also getting the 2014 World Cup, so if hosting a major international sporting event is the motivation for GSV to get somewhere then we might see it sooner.
