I used to work for the company that publishes the NLT.  I met Dr Kenneth Taylor (author of the original The Living Bible) several times before his death.  One of his sons was chief editor for the NLT, and I can say with a decent amount of confidence, having also met him a few times, that the team of translators did not have any members of this forum in mind when the NLT went to press.

Does anyone seriously believe MMM wasn't a troll at this point on the basis of his own post content?  If you were on the fence how is a second hand account from someone credible like 1 not enough evidence?

Problem was not with the troll, but with his zookepers.
