What does AET stand for? Is there a place where there is a list of abbreviations used here?

All-Electronic Tolling–transponder or not, you are tolled electronically with no chance of interacting with a tolltaker.  Without the transponder, today's technology requires a bill to be mailed to you based on a photograph of your license plates.

I don't think there's any kind of FAQ/glossary here.

So, as it turns out, I did indeed use "SBd" (which is not the acronym) and "SBD" (which is) on those pages, not realizing it. Okay, find LAP.

I always thought it was just another abbreviation for Central Florida.
