8004.

SR 8004, being an 8000-series SR, refers to the set of ramps specifically. But according to the LWSes (https://goo.gl/maps/HjbbN), as soon as they converge (even before the interchange with US 22/PA 764), SR 8004 ends, and it's already SR 22.

Yes, technically the SR 22 designation makes a 90-degree turn at the grade separation, comprising the whole of the overpass structure. So heading eastbound, SR 22 runs to the far end of the overpass (where it's continued by the SR 8004 ramps), then drops down to the roadway below, starting at the midpoint of the westbound overpass and proceeding southerly (the northerly direction being the start of SR 764). [Source (http://ftp://ftp.dot.state.pa.us/public/Bureaus/BOMO/RM/RITS/Annual%20Electronic%20SLDs%20by%20County/District%209/Blair%20Co.%20No%20Pipes.pdf)]

So to answer the original question more thoroughly and according to its intent, partly 22 and partly 8004. But speaking very strictly, the number of the roadway between SR 99 and SR 22 is just 8004; then we can hypothesize whether SR 22 is equivalent to US 22, or whether US 22 follows parts of SR 8004 (and SR 764) while, conversely, some parts of SR 22 are not followed by US 22.  :spin:

LR 1101 ended at the same place, at the east end of the bridge over LR 493 (PA 764).
