Was AR 22 ever signed between Dardanelle and Russellville?

Many pre-interstate maps show AR 22 as an alternate route between Fort Smith and Russellville.  Was AR 22 ever signed to end at JCT US 64?  i know that AR 27 once wa signed along AR 7 at one time.
