"Stall", referring to the specific physical space between the lines delineating it.

It is, of course, also a "parking space", but that is a broader term that could also apply to street parking, or just an area of a private driveway. (Mine usually has room for three parking spaces–but no stalls.)

A "parking spot" is basically the same, but would usually imply some amount of difficulty in finding one; i.e., "My parking spot is ten blocks away" (in midtown Manhattan, perhaps), or "I got a great spot right out front!"
