I think the lowest numbered route I haven't been on yet is 39, despite having a picture of AR 39. Most of the lower numbered routes I've been on are usually state highways. The lowest numbered US Route I've been on is US 11, and the lowest numbered Interstate is I-10.
I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.

Is there a Highway 0 someplace?  I have been on 1 in California many times.

Oklahoma has a few highways that are listed as SH 0 (and even a "0B") in the books, although none of them are signed as anything, so it's up to you to determine if this is actually Highway 0 or just a shorthand for "no designation".

One is a section of Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City that has the state capitol in the median, as well as a number of state agencies (including ODOT HQ) among it. It used to be part of US-66 and US-77 back in the day, and carried the SH-107 designation for a while too.

Two of them are loop routes off of SH-33 in Langston and Coyle. Probably old alignments of SH-33.

Two are bypasses, around Duncan and Poteau, that never had the through routes moved to them.

I took a two day trip up to Enterprise, AL, last week, and clinched AL-248 and GA-266 along the way.  This now pushes me up to 325.

Here is my list of what I've driven on at least for some part. I don't include all the states that I've driven on a particular route but used some of the more interesting ones or the ones I thought of first in those cases. New Zealand Route 1 and Nebraska Route 18 are two I am rather proud of.

1   NZ      31   US      61   NE         91   US

107 and 108 are also the two lowest that I'm missing. They both exist very near each other in the far NW corner of Ohio.
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

I guess I should have said none found in my records. I see that I actually passed under OH 107 in 1996 while operating a piece of railway equipment on the former Wabash, now Norfolk Southern. I also saw the signage for Nova Scotia 107 from the buses. I may have to visit Montpelier Ohio sometime this Spring...

Drove on FM 428 last week near Denton, so my lowest un-driven route number is now 456.

oscar

My lowest un-driven route number is now 448. I got many of the ones I was missing between 425 and 448, scattered around Orlando.

My next four un-driven numbers are 448, 449, 455, and 461.

I only keep track of clinches, but I have all but 455 on that list. (I just went through verifying I've been on a 323 - QC.)

Looking ahead...Routes numbered 477 and 479 are going to be tough ones to find. Kentucky seems to be the most logical place to get those.

PA 477 has an interchange with US 220 just north of I-80.  I am not sure this helps you out much though.
