Being that I-20 is one of man roads that serves two consecutive state capitals with one large city in between it can actually have the rare occurrence of having them both appear as sole control cities on one particular sign panel.

Are there any other places that list two state capitals on one guide sign?
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

I-75's interchanges with I-275 and I-70 have Indianapolis and Columbus on a single BGS.

Originally all I-70 interchanges between Columbus and Indy had the chance for them to be together until both states started using Dayton as a control city.

Cheating a bit since it’s an APL, but Salt Lake (City) and Cheyenne appear on the same sign at the east end of SR 201 in South Salt Lake and I think a couple others on various approaches to that interchange.

(By the way, UDOT did put up an I-80 shield next to Reno a couple weeks after I took that photo. But you can tell it looks different from the three others.)

There's probably a sign or two on I-24 in Chattanooga with Nashville and Atlanta together.

Assuming the federal capital counts here as well, here's Washington/Richmond & Washington/Annapolis both along I-95/495.
"Now, what if da Bearss were to enter the Indianapolis 5-hunnert?"
"How would they compete?"
"Let's say they rode together in a big buss."
"Is Ditka driving?"
"Of course!"
"Then I like da Bear buss."
"DA BEARSSS BUSSSS"

There is another thread similar I created that fits.  It is about two state capitals for one freeway signed at one interchange.

I didn't even realize this was two different threads until just now. I thought you just renamed it.

I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.
