Between I-35 in Austin and I-(3)45 in Houston and Dallas, which will be first?

And when i say those cities, i obviously mean the Downtown Urban cores

Which one will be in construction first? and how long from now?

Yes, i know the Houston I-45 plans also covers north of Downtown from there all the way to Beltway 8/SHT on top of that, which only adds to it's budget

The I-35 project in Austin is clearly farther along in the planning process. I can't recall seeing any schematics or animated fly-thru videos of the I-345 project in Dallas.
