If we're counting signs where some but not all the destinations on the sign are commercial, there are plenty of those.
Control cities CAN be off the route! Control cities make NO sense if signs end before the city is reached!

I don't need a GPS.  I AM the GPS! (for family and friends)

I believe Nevada doesn't have any examples of this, mainly because NDOT has a policy of not putting commercial entities on the main exit signage. The closest we get is exit signs for airports.

However, there are some close ones because the road name matches a commercial entity located off said road. The most recently signed are:
You also have several legacy ones in Las Vegas where the street was renamed decades ago for the casino resort located at the road's intersection with the Las Vegas Strip: Sahara Ave, Flamingo Road (a small portion of which used to be signed "Dunes-Flamingo Road" from I-15 before the Dunes' demise), and Tropicana Ave.

There used to be a small sign, in green, on either the FL Turnpike at the I-4 exit, or nearby on I-4 itself (International Dr.?) that read:
Disney World
Sea World
THIS EXIT

There also used to be, on I-75 at the SR-63 Exit in Monroe, OH, an LGS reading:
Americana
Fantasy Farm
NEXT RIGHT
There were two adjacent amusement parks, the latter being primarily kiddie rides despite its potentially suggestive name.  Both parks have since closed, largely due to competition with the much-larger Kings Island.  Ironically, that same exit was the preferred route to KI, going east instead of west.  (This despite "official" directions to take the more roundabout I-75->I-275->I-71)

Does this count?
(Drury Lane here is a theater, not a street.)

Only if the muffin man lives there.

You thought he was a man but he really was a muffin.
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

Exit 12 on TN 155 (Briley Pkwy) does mention Opryland Hotel and Convention Center on the main signs.

Exit 49 on I-24 in Nashville mentions Nissan Stadium on the main signs.

In Springfield Mass, MGM named the street added to access their parking garage as MGM Way and it is now listed on signs for the exits of I-91. A sneaky way to add their name and advertise while technically being another street name.

Springfield is now Biff's Hill Valley.

Would Electronics Parkway (GE?) and Carrier Parkway off the NYS Thruway in Syracuse count?

There's also Volvo Car Drive off I-26 west of Charleston for the Volvo plant

Those are the actual names of the roads, and they are also not destinations.

Volvo Car Drive only seems to go to the Volvo plant and related facilities

"Mall" is also used in a few locations here, though it's not specific to one business.

Does "Auto Mall Parkway" count? How about "Flamingo Road"? "Great America Parkway"?

The road continues past the Volvo entrance but changes names to Center Line Rd once it passes Fish Rd.

Dirt Roads

How about one that has numerous freeway exits and is also a control city:  Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.

Durham and Research Triangle Park are the control cities on NC-147 southbound (Durham Freeway).  RTP should have also been the control city for I-885 southbound as well, but instead RDU Airport is the control city (which is better accessed using US-70 to I-540).

RTP now boasts a total of *8* exits on the Interstate system, including its own Interstate junction:

  • I-885/Toll NC-885 (I-40 Exit 279A-B)
  • Davis Drive (I-40 Exit 280)
  • Miami Boulevard (I-40 Exit 281, not marked for RTP) - main exit for RTP on I-40
  • Page Road (I-40 Exit 282, not marked for RTP)
  • NC-540 West (to Toll NC-540) (I-40 Exit 283, not marked for RTP)
  • East Cornwallis Road/Research Triangle Park (I-885 Exit 6)
  • T. W. Alexander Boulevard (I-885 Exit 7, not marked for RTP) - main exit for RTP on I-885
  • Ellis Road (I-885 Exit 8, not marked for RTP)
RTP also has one other freeway exit:
  • Davis Drive/Hopson Road (Toll NC-885 Exit 2)
It is mind-blowing that the two "main exits" for Research Triangle Park are not marked as such.  I think that is due to the fact that the headquarters of RTP is located near the intersection of Davis Drive and East Cornwallis Road, and only one of those [three] exits is specifically signed for Research Triangle Park itself.

Plus, RTP is missing a former exit.  The former end of NC-147 at T. W. Alexander (south of NC-54) was permanently closed during the construction of that portion of the Triangle Expressway (then Toll NC-147, now Toll NC-885).  That eliminated the only freeway access to NC-54, a major corridor running along the south side of Research Triangle Park parallel to I-40.  Nowadays, you have to use the Davis Drive exit or the South Miami Boulevard exit.

Research Triangle Park covers about 7,000 acres.  I don't have access to a good map with true jurisdictional boundaries, but I'm pretty sure that most of RTP is still unincorporated (from a governmental point-of-view).  But if I recall correctly, there is a little bit of overlap with the City of Durham, and then parts of RTP are bounded by the sprawl of Raleigh, Cary and Morrisville city limits.
