I found this lot of license plate for sale on shopgoodwill.com

Ah... that's nice but the question is: Is itlegal to sell license plates? (Sorry for the no spacing beetween it and legal. My brother's laptop is being compliated)

I think so, but only if the license plate is expired and is replaced with a newer one. And obviously, these look expired.

It is not illegal to sell license plates. More information on collecting license plates is found at the ALPCA web site.

in general, they have to be three years old and of a design that is not currently in use.
