The Eustachian tubes beg to differ. The ears, nose, and throat are all connected, hence ENT specialists.

I'm well aware, but if the Eustachian tube is clogged because of a cold, peroxide in the ear is more likely to work against a potential ear infection (which tends to be caused by the Eustachian tube being clogged) than do anything to directly affect the cold.

Good point; I forgot about the eardrum. So disregard my previous post–it can't even do anything for an ear infection.
