A few DE state routes - still around or long gone?

I have some questions about the existence of a few state routes in Delaware. I couldn't find the answers from the 2008 DelDOT state map nor from online sources I'm aware of, or Google Maps Street View (GMSV) showed something different than I found elsewhere:

1. Is DE 30 Alt still around south of Milford?  I couldn't find any signs for it on GMSV but it's shown on the 2008 map.  Decommissioned?

2. Was DE 9 Truck decommissioned between New Castle and Ommelander Park?  It used to follow DE 273 west, US 13/40 south, and  Federal School Lane east.  But I didn't see it on GMSV now.

3. Is DE 896 Alt still around? It's not shown on the 2008 map, but I saw a part of it in person less than a year ago.  What's its present routing?  Starts at DE 1 or US 13 at Exit 142? Follows US 13 or DE 1 to DE 72? Then follows DE 72 north and US 40 west to DE 896 at Glasgow?

4. Is Truck US 13 near Bridgeville a bona fide route?  It's signed once on Business US 13 pointing toward Redden Road (or was it Fawn Road?) to connect to US 13/DE 404.  The other sign I'm aware of is on US 13 NB near the north end of Business US 13.  But no other sign, nor hint of its purpose, was between there and DE 16/36.

Still around, at least still signed in the field in one or two locations.  I'm more inclined to trust the map on this one.

DE 9 itself was rerouted in that area to follow 273 west to 141 south.  I believe that required a 141 extension, which probably killed the truck route in that area.

Don't recall that being a route.  Again, I went primarily by the map, but I don't remember seeing any Alt signs in the field either.

My inclination is that you only have 404 and 404 Truck.  I don't see why you'd have a 13 Truck because the main route is perfectly sufficient.  Unless it's signing trucks from 13 to use that route to get into/out of Bridgeville... in which case it's more of a truck route than a Truck Route.

You have 404 and BUSINESS 404 in Bridgeville.  I do not ever recall seeing a TRUCK 404.  According to Alex, what is now 404 around the north side of Bridgeville used to be ALTERNATE 404, but he makes no mention of a TRUCK route.

DE 30 Alt:
Froggie showed me the Jan. 2010 DelDOT state route shapefiles, and they show yet another story, that DE 30 runs over what I thought was DE 30 Alt (contrary to the 2008 map), and what the map shows as DE 30 north of there to DE 1 Business  is not a state route.  So I have conflicting stories from different sources at different times and I'm trying to learn what the present story is.

DE 9 Truck:
DE 9 was rerouted like that, but I think that that generated a DE 141 truncation rather than an extension.  DE 9 Truck was around after that though.

DE 896 Alt:
It's in GMSV here,

but not everywhere I expected it to be.

What I haven't figured out is the timeline to know if the sporadic signing in GMSV is because the route was new (not all signs up yet) or old (not all signs removed yet),  or if the route was supposed to be permanent or temporary due to construction work on DE 896.

US 13 Truck:
Both signs I saw on 4/18/10 are actually in GMSV, but only one is legible.

It may just be the only way to go from US 13 Bus NB to US 13 NB.

I want to get all these routings right so I can open up the Delaware state highway section of my web site.
