I didn't want to bump a stale thread so I started a new one.

The following is on ODOT's August 2017 Final Bid Opening list:

State — 7,353,600.00
TOTAL — 36,768,000.00

It would appear that they've found more cost savings as the original cost estimate was $43 million.
