Route 9 New Castle Project

Looking at the WILMAPCO, they have big changes for Route 9 aka New Castle ave in the More urban area of Delaware. Many of you may know that this route also crosses 295 Via overpass, and has a full interchange with 295/9. This project includes roundabouts, traffic calming and a plan to "rehab the area" The first part was the Multi million dollar library, not sure whats next but the plans are very interesting.
