In the meantime, administrative discussion has been moved offline while we figure out what our official policy will be - since it's clear that going with an unofficial policy (and yes, we did discuss this before) has not been working well.

Not sure why the staff here is all up in arms about 'professionalism'.  I don't think most of the regulars here mind.  We're all people.  Anyways, carry on.
